Museums

• Flying Tiger Heritage Park: This park and exhibit is free to the public and remembers the Flying Tigers, a group of pre-entry WW2 American volunteers and U.S. trained Chinese pilots who protected allied transport planes as they flew the Hump from Burma to China over the Himalayas. Most shopping options in Guilin revolve around small stores and pedestrian street shops, with only a few shopping malls to be seen. Most of the venues, regardless of type, lie along Zhongshan Road. You can generally bargain with them unless they are part of a department store.
