About America's Center

America’s Center is a massive, all in one convention center located in St. Louis, Missouri’s downtown district. When this venue first opened in 1977, it was dubbed the Cervantes Convention Center after Alfonso Cervantes, one of St. Louis’ former mayors. Each month, different events are held at the Center; events like TED Talks, concerts, and car shows have been held at America’s Center before. Certain organizations like the American Society for Quality and the National Rifle Association have used the venue. There are also several St. Louis sports teams that call America’s Center home. The St. Louis BattleHawks, an XFL team that was formed in 2018, practices at the Center throughout the year.

Luggage Storage Near Missouri Botanical Garden

Much of Missouri is covered with tall trees and verdant plant life. It only makes sense that a place like the Missouri Botanical Garden would eventually crop up. This venue was founded in 1859 by Henry Shaw, making it one of the oldest gardens in the United States. In June 2020, it was revealed that numerous slaves contributed to the founding and preservation of the garden. A plaque was added to commemorate them - a much-needed addition that guests are highly encouraged to visit.

Luggage Storage Near Gateway Arch

Without a doubt, the Gateway Arch is St. Louis’ most iconic landmark. It’s probably harder to find photos of the Lou that don’t feature this massive monument. For crying out loud, the Arch is the reason why people call St. Louis the “Gateway to the West”! Eero Saarinen and his firm designed this building in 1947. They built the Arch to be the largest man-made structure of its kind in the entire Western Hemisphere. To this day, no other arch-type structure has surpassed this one.
