I engaged with three different staff at the store and all were great; left me with such a positive impression of friendly and helpful Chicagoans.

This worked out really well for me. I was in Chicago and didn’t want to have to carry my luggage around with me all day, so I checked it in at American Submarine, and the process was quick and easy. And they were open late, so I didn’t have to worry about rushing back to get my stuff for fear of it being locked away overnight. Def one of the easiest processes I’ve done. 🙂
