Very helpful staff. Mahmood was very friendly and offered excellent advice and suggestions. We will definitely use this location and service again. The review section only allowed me to select one thing I liked about the place/service so I highlighted "friendly staff".
Very friendly and welcoming. Conveniant location 5 mins from airport. Next time we're in Dubai we will be leaving our bags here again. Thank you.
Gostei bastante. Nada sumiu. Entregaram rapidamente. Uma sugestão pra quem vai ir lá. Desça nas asas de anjo que o pessoal tira foto e dessas as escadas/rampa até o Othmans Lounge no restaurante. Se for por outro caminho fica difícil o acesso.

At first was difficult to find, but the agent is helpful and kind, my bags safely stowed and stored so I can wander around Dubai.
