So I did go to the smoke shop side instead of the back entrance but once I found it the process was so so easy. The pickup was also very easy. The process was great and I will use them again.

There are steps into the store which is tough with big bags
Although the sales ticket states the name of the "convenient store" and the address, maybe next time a little clarification about the location having a totally different name and purpose than I was made aware of.. it worked out, but just information to improve future confusion.
