Everything went smooth, the bags are stored in a room next to the tables, it’s not locked but we didn’t have any issues. :)
The phone that Bounce lists is not accessible, so I called the restaurant’s number listed in google (for my anxiety, I never used this platform before). The employees were very respectful, asked for my name and pick-up day/time, and my luggage was exactly where they left it when I came back. I think they should confirm your booking number? I felt weird leaving my things not knowing if Bounce gave my contact info or if they verified that I paid for them to store my luggage. But I’m SO grateful for them providing this service! It saved me so much money and grief dealing with my luggage.
