Zack is a great communicator and was super helpful! He made sure we had our bags on time for our flight and that we knew where the drop-off for the bags was at. I would absolutely use this location again when in Maui!
Excellent service, convenient location, easy and simple! My only complaint is that the location is hard to find - a sign for the business name on the exterior of the building would be helpful instead of looking for the name on the small parking space signs.

Pickup and drop off were sooooo easy I love the service. Love how responsive Zack and his team is. They were on time every time and waited for me rather than the other way. First time using the service and hope other providers are as good as Zack.
