As a busy bus station, Victoria Coach Station welcomes lots of passengers with heavy bags. Note that any bags left unattended will be scanned with x-ray equipment. Victoria Coach Station does have a lost and found for abandoned bags that have been determined to be safe, and you will be charged a storage fee before your bags will be released to you.

If you’re in a hurry, you’ll find grab-and-go food outlets such as Pret a Manger, Burger King, McDonald’s, and WH Smith inside the station. Upstairs, there’s also a pub where you can enjoy a more leisurely meal. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants such as Delice de France and Treats Cafe where you can get a sitdown meal.

Cameras are allowed in Victoria Coach Station. However, don’t try to set up a tripod in the middle of the busy station concourse, or you will be asked to remove it. Also, be mindful of photo etiquette. It’s best to ask people before taking their photo and be careful about taking photos of security personnel. If you have a lot of bulky camera equipment, the best thing to do is drop it off at a luggage locker near Victoria station. That way, it will stay safe until you pick it up again.
