The bags seem to be safely stored as it's in a condo building. We could drop them off and pick them up pretty easily.
First time using this app/service. Very easy to use and Hotel Indigo was extremely friendly and located conveniently. I used this service twice during my stay in New Orleans and used this location for how easy it was.
They were so helpful and even let us sit in the lobby for a few hours after picking up our luggage so we could wait on our taxi!
The Freedom Apothecary is very well organized and smells AMAZING! Our hostess was very polite and kind and gave great suggestions for our trip! Thank you for securing our luggage for us! A1 experience!
