I came into Miami on a layover and needed to have my work laptop delivered here. I arrived at MIA after operating hours. I called the owners and explained my situation that I would not be in a position to pick up my package in the morning during their regular business hours. Carla immediately came from home at 10pm to help me out. And even gave me a ride back to the airport. This was above and beyond and helped me out tremendously. Very close to the metro station and the apartment we were staying in. Followed guidelines to track bags. However, make sure you keep count of your bags. They may lose count.
Was open at 5am, helped make checking in easy and made sure I didn't have to worry about leaving my bike outside while I did so.
