Super simple, within a hotel so we felt good about the security of it. Quiet area too, so not much in and out.
Our first Bounce experience and it couldn't have gone better. Felt very comfortable w/it being a UPS store.
The Staff was so welcoming and friendly. I really felt comfortable leaving my luggage with them. They gave us tips on places to see while we Toured around. When we come back, they let us wait inside while we waited for our Taxi. I will definitely use this place again when I visit New Orleans. And will use BOUNCE for other Trips.
We were so excited to be able to leave our bags away from the port after coming off of a cruise ship. It bought us time to go to the WWII museum and have lunch before picking them up and getting on our plane to go home. The staff was very friendly. Thank you!
