Croppies Acre

The Croppies Acre is a historical public green space that dates back to 1870. Although it was formerly used as a military exercise ground, that’s not what the park is primarily known for. In fact, it’s believed to have been a burial ground for rebels who were executed after the 1798 rebellion.

From there, catch the tram Green Line from Westmoreland to St Stephen’s Green and the museum will be close by once you get off. In Dublin, bus tickets cost between €1.70 and €2.60 for adults, and your tram ride will be approximately €1.70.

Light House Cinema

Spend a few hours relaxing in front of the big screen at the Light House Cinema. This movie theater schedules a selection of features, from animated movies to foreign language films and short movies to your favorite classics. Getting here from Heuston Station is simple; just catch the tram on the Red Line to Smithfield, and the cinema is a short walk from there. Your tram ticket will cost about €1.70.
