I had never even heard of Bounce until we realized that we had a 9 hour layover in Las Vegas. I pulled up the app and made our reservation. The location was ready for us when we arrived. They had a separate locked secure place for our bags and bag tags to make sure we got the right ones when we picked them up! Bounce partners with local businesses in cities all around the world; these include dry cleaners, restaurants, cafes, delis, hotels and places of the like! We require all locations to offer a dedicated storage room or a designated area that's off limits for general store patrons.
Do I need cash?
Nope! Bounce is an entirely cashless platform for your safety and security. Choose your preferred payment method upon booking for a swift drop-off and pick-up process at all of our Bounce locations. Traveling internationally? No problem. You'll still pay ahead of time so you don't need to worry about dealing with foreign currencies. Booking online ahead of time also ensures you're entitled to our $10,000 BounceShield™ protection plan should you need it. Plans change? No problem! Cancel prior to your check-in time for a refund.
What if my plans change?
We know plans change... that's why you're able to cancel your booking at any time before your reservation. Simply head into the app to cancel or reschedule your booking, at no cost to you.

How does Bounce work?
Bounce partners with businesses all over the world (think hotels, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc.) by utilizing their storage areas for your luggage, packages and deliveries. Use the search bar and interactive map on our website or mobile app to find the best location for you based on your needs. From there, you can choose your dates, drop-off and pickup times, and number of bags you'll be storing. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the information you need for your booking like directions to the location, contact information for the store and more. Once you arrive at your storage location, the host will check in your bag(s) and you're officially free to roam around your new city - wide eyed and hands free! Once you're ready to retrieve your bag(s), head back to your storage location and simply pick up your bag(s) from the host again. It's that simple! Bounce is a cashless platform which allows for a hassle free check-in and check-out process.
What qualifies as an item?
Every piece of luggage (suitcase, backpack, purse, bag, etc) qualifies as a separate item and must be included in your Bounce booking to be stored at a Bounce partner location.
Is there a maximum item size?
Want to bring in an item but worried about its size? As long as you can move it in and out of the facility, we'll take it. Be aware that some bulky items like surfboards or bikes might require booking for multiple bags as they take up quite a bit of space. Bounce offers storage on a 24 hour basis at this time. Instead of charging $2-$3/hour like other providers, we offer a predictable daily rate price starting at $5.90. On average, our customers store their things for more than 3 hours, making our option affordable and worry free. We want to alleviate your burdens by offering affordable citywide storage, not stress you out further with running up a meter!
Are large bags more expensive?
Nope. All of our bags are priced the same, regardless of bag size. Storing your things with Bounce is affordable, safe, and flexible.
Can I store my items for a week or a month?

You bet. We personally vet every location we sign up on our platform to be a Bounce partner. We require each location to store your items safely out of reach from the location's patrons. In the unlikely event of theft, loss, or damage, your things are covered up to $10,000 with BounceShield™️ Protection.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, just log in to the Bounce app or website and go to "My Reservations". Make sure to cancel before your scheduled check-in time to receive a refund. You can choose to get your refund back to your original payment method, or in Bounce credits that you can use for future bookings at any of our 10,000+ Bounce locations worldwide!
