Everyone was really nice, and we felt really safe leaving our stuff there. Location is really nice as well in the city and it's really convenient that it's accessible 24/7.
It would be easier to locate if there was a Bounce logo on the entry however the overall service was very good. Easy drop off and pick up. Would definitely use the service in the future if required.

Stag friendly and responsive, dealing with us even whilst customers for the main cafe were trying to get served also. Difficult to locate initially. Address states a building number in the street, but there are lots of units. There is a sticker for a different storage app in the window, but not bounce.
