One of these more curious attractions in Taguig is this specialty museum curated by the local Bonifacio Art Foundation. Everything from their pork to the fruit was farmed and grown near the metro Manila area. The food itself is fantastic. Blending elements of Spanish Filipino cuisine. Highlights include their Bicol exprés minced pork, kaldereta beef stew, and their lechón suckling pig. This place is (deservedly) popular and they don't take reservations, so plan to get here early.

Whether it’s a relic of Spain’s colonial influence in the Philippines or merely a product of globalization, this tapas spot is one of the true can't-miss dining experiences in the area.
