Alternatively, you can take municipal bus routes. These will be far cheaper, but it will take a lot longer, too, taking from 30 minutes to up to an hour depending on the route. Ljubljana Bus Station is located right next to the train station, so most bus routes will end up there.
Finally, if you don't care about the cost and just want the easiest way to get into town, a taxi is probably your best bet. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the train station and will cost around €40-€50.
