You can also cancel your booking or rebook at a nearby store. If you can't find your booking details, check the email address you used to make your booking. You can change your booking by following the link there, or reach out to us if you need support.
About Terminal 21
Terminal 21 is a chain of modern, state-of-the-art shopping complexes within Thailand that house over 700 retailers, entertainment destinations, eateries, and more. Located in Pattaya, Thailand, this Terminal 21 location features 6 floors of retailers, each themed to a particular shopping destination around the world, such as Paris, London, San Francisco, and more. The escalator journeys from one floor to the next mimic the experience of taking a flight to arrive within a new country.
Each themed floor features a prominent landmark from the destination it represents. For instance, on the Paris floor, you can snap a photo with a replica of the Eiffel Tower, while on the Italy level you can admire the Leaning Tower of Pisa as you peruse the shops.
