The interior of Alibi Bar & Kitchen is incredible with an open and natural design that is both comfortable and lively. At Alibi Bar & Kitchen you will find a great menu that is determined to serve vegetarian meals that taste good, and they do not disappoint. They offer fantastic vegetarian and vegan food including dishes like a broccoli steak complete with walnut cream, cashew parmesan and chimichurri, or ginger foam on kimchi dumplings with red cabbage puree. Some of the dishes on the menu at Soul Burger might have you questioning if it is really a vegetarian restaurant, but rest assured that even the chili beef, Portuguese chicken, battered fish, and BBQ bacon burgers are meat free. Try their pulled pork burger which is actually made using pulled barbeque jackfruit and served with tasty apple slaw, aioli, and peri peri sauce. We recommend having one of their dairy-free shakes to wash it all down.

Come try the amazing plant-based food at Bad Hombres. This is one of the top vegetarian restaurants Sydney has to offer with a welcoming atmosphere as well as great service. You will enjoy some old-school '80s music while you munch on something tasty from their fully vegan menu.

Come enjoy the mixed menu of Mexican and Chinese cuisine which has some pretty interesting but always delicious dishes. Order their Chinese pancakes served with a head of cauliflower deep-fried to perfection, cashew cream, and salsa Verde with fresh coriander. Another great choice is the quesadillas with dark kale, a zucchini flower and lime guacamole.

What's it like:

Yulli's is a popular and well-known vegetarian restaurant in Sydney that attracts customers thanks to its modern design and fantastic plant-based meals. The restaurant is made of a nice combination of black and natural wood which makes it an optimal spot for both casual and fine dining. Contemporary paintings occupy the interior as well as printed cushions and a unique collection of soda cans lining one wall.

Our recommendation:

The menu at Yulli's really lets the vegetables take the spotlight, and everything is amazing and served with perfect presentation. Consider ordering their zucchini flowers and the delicious original wasabi mayonnaise. This cozy restaurant with exposed brick walls is sure to draw you in if you ever pass it by. Two Chaps has a big open door that keeps the space bright and airy and also allows for both indoor and outdoor seating in the nice weather. The dishes on the menu are always plated to perfection and if you are still craving a snack you can buy fresh bread and pastries from the bakery at the cash. It is even more impressive when you hear that all of the bread is made by hand, from scratch!

Our recommendation:

Two Chaps is known for some of their meals like their sourdough crumpets served with parmesan custard and plum relish. They also have great plant-based burgers with panko crumbs and mushroom, or yummy banana smoothie bowls. The menu often has creative pasta dishes and salads as well, with many of the meals offered as gluten-free alternatives.

Bodhi - Woolloomooloo

What's it like:

Bodhi is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Sydney and a wonderful spot for anyone on a plant-based diet to grab lunch or dinner. Aside from amazing food, Bodhi has some nice seating arrangements both inside and outside in Cook and Phillip Park. If the weather is nice you should definitely take advantage of the sunshine to enjoy your meal outdoors.
