With 10,000+ reviewed locations in the world in more than 2,000+ cities, Bounce Package Acceptance allows anyone to get their packages delivered to one of our locations. Your online purchases are received by one of our vetted partners and safely stored until you are ready to pick them up.
How does the Bounce Package Receiving service work?
1. Select a Bounce location to get your packages: Use the search bar and interactive map on our website or mobile app to find the best location for you based on your needs. Bounce provides the exact address after payment to ensure security for our locations.
2. Account & Payment: To get the exact shipping address, you'll need to provide basic information to setup an account on Bounce's website. You'll be asked to provide your name, email address and a payment method.
3. Shop online: Once you have your Bounce address, you can start shopping online from any retailers. When you're checking out, use your Bounce address as the delivery address including your identification code. This is important!!(Pro-tip : Save your Bounce address as your main shipping address)
4. Receive your package: Once your package arrives at your Bounce address, it will be checked in using your identification code and notify you by email. IMPORTANT: Without your Bounce identification code, the partner will not be able to check-in your package and notify you. You can then go to the location and pickup your package.
Consolidate: If you have multiple packages, Bounce can consolidate them at our locations - like a doorman or a concierge our partner will store your packages until you pick them up. (Some plans have additional fees after 7 days) Works with any shipping carrier: By using Bounce, you're not constricted to just one shipping carrier - we accept all carriers!

What is a package receiving service?
A package receiving (or also called package acceptance) service is a service that allows individuals or businesses to have their packages delivered to a designated location, rather than their home or office address. This is particularly useful for people who may not be available to receive packages during the day, suffer from porch piracy, package theft or for those who want to keep their personal or business address private.
Do I need to notify the location in advance of my packages arriving?
Nope! When you sign up for a location, they are automatically notified. When your package arrives, the location will check it in using your identification code - this is how we notify you when the package has arrived. If your carrier says that your package has arrived but no notifications have come in, not to worry! Our store partners check these in shortly after delivery. If after 24 hours, then please contact our support team.
Is Bounce's package receiving service secure?
Yes! Bounce takes security very seriously, which is why we store all packages in secure, monitored locations until they are picked up by the recipient. Our locations are trained and vetted. We also require a valid photo ID for all package pick-ups, to ensure that only authorized individuals can access your packages.
How do I contact my location?
We provide you the contact information of the location via chat or via our support contact.
Where is my package?
If you're not sure where your package is, the first step is to check the tracking information provided by the carrier. This will give you the most up-to-date information on the package's location. If your carrier says "it's received" then our location will send you a notification. If that's not the case contact us!
Do I need to present an ID for pickup?
Our partners will ask for a valid ID at pickup. We protect you and your goods by doing so.
Can someone else pickup my package?
We allow some of our plans to have another pickup receiver than the one setting up the Bounce account. Check our PLAN section for more details or contact us.
Can a company receive packages at a Bounce pickup location?
A company can receive a package at our location, the sign-up process is the same but the person in charge of the pickup will have to prove its link to the package/company owning that package.
How long do you hold my package for?
Once the package has been checked in, the customer has 7 days to pick up the package. After that, they are charged $1 per additional day for "Pay As You Go" and 20$ Subscription plan. VIP customer have up to 30 days.
What is the size limit of the packages?
An item more than 25lbs or larger than 2' x 2' x 2' counts as an oversize item. Oversize items are subject to availability of the selected store, so if you are unsure, contact us and we will reach out to your preferred location to confirm availability.
What are the locations that will receive my package?
We have 10,000+ locations all around the world, ranging from convenience stores that are open 24/7 to 5 star hotels, coworking spaces and coffee shops. We try to accommodate your need by adding new locations every day. Contact us if you would like to add your local shop to the Bounce network
I booked the "Pay As You Go" plan several days ago to receive a package. How long does this booking last?
Your "Pay As You Go" bookings have no validity in time - you can use them whenever you want and will be charged every time a new package arrives at the Bounce location.
How can I cancel my subscription?
In the "My Pickup Points" section, just select your location and click on "Cancel subscription". It's that simple and it works on both our website and the Bounce Package Pickup mobile application.
Why can't I see exact addresses here?
Exact addresses are shown after payment for safety and protection reasons.
What is my Bounce Code?
After booking a location to receive your packages, we will provide you with an address that includes a unique code to be used on all deliveries. It's your Bounce identifier - don't forget it!
