- Brigade Road: This shopping street at the intersection of Brigade and M.G. Roads is filled with small shops and boutiques, stalls, and eateries. For names like Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, and Levis, this is the place for you. Commercial Street is smaller but also a great place that offers lower prices than most. Bannerghatta Road has local artisan handiwork, including clothing, artwork, and other products.
- Orion Mall: With over a million square feet of space, the Orion Mall has over 300 stores spread over four floors. You can shop 'til you drop and then shop some more after getting refueled at one of the eateries in the food court. This humongous place also has a 2,800-seat theater and 8,000 square feet of fun and games in the gaming zone. There is even a bowling alley.
- Markets: You can get a lot of different things at the markets in Bengaluru. The KR Market, which is found on Gundopanth Street, is the largest fruit and veggie spot in the city. The Gandhi Bazaar in the Basavanagudi neighborhood is a circle of shops known for flowers, handmade wares, and puja items. It is the oldest market in the city and includes street vendors and other peddlers who enjoy bargaining with tourists.
Dining
The food in Bengaluru is varied depending on what area of the city you are in. At the roadside vendors, find Chinese, French, and Arabic delights as well as local dishes like Tandoori chicken, kebabs, Bangalorean Biriyani, masala dosa, and Pongal. Shawarma and Falafel are also popular in the eastern sections of the city, and you can find fruit and rice everywhere.

- Chinita: If you have a craving for Mexican food, Chinita has you covered. Find it on Double Road across from Double Road Park in eastern Bengaluru. According to the website, the owners fell in love with Mexican food, so they went to Mexico to learn how to make the best and brought the recipes back with them. They serve 11 types of tostadas and burrito bowls, seven kinds of enchiladas, and five desserts, including chocolate chili cake.
