The luggage storage services at Dubai Airport are located in Terminals 1 and 3. In Terminal 1, you'll find the Emirates Left Luggage Service on the arrivals level near Boots. The cost here for 12 hours or less is AED40 (approximately US$11) for a standard-size bag and AED 50 (US$13.50) for larger bags or valuables.
At Terminal 3, the luggage storage provider is also on the arrivals level near Exit 1. The cost is slightly less here: AED35 for 12 hours or less for a standard bag and AED40 for a larger one.
How to get to Dubai Marina
It's relatively easy to get to Dubai Marina from other transportation hubs in the city. From the airport, you can ride from the Terminal 1 Station to DMCC in about 50 minutes. This is certainly the cheapest option, but if you want to cut the time in half, you can also take a taxi.
The metro costs between US$1 and $2, which is very affordable. That makes it easier to splurge on a fancy meal while you're here. On the other hand, in a taxi, you'll pay between US$85 and $110 for the 33-kilometer journey. That's definitely a lot more money to save half an hour.

The Beach at JBR
The Beach at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is the quintessential spot for beach lovers and sun seekers in the neighborhood. It has a pristine stretch of white sand against the backdrop of towering skyscrapers. This bustling waterfront promenade is not just about sunbathing; it's a vibrant hub of activities, from outdoor gyms and water sports to playgrounds for children. From the actual marina, it's about a 20-minute walk to this beach. To drive, it's closer to 10 minutes. But with all there is to see in such a small area, walking is definitely the recommended option.

This intriguing attraction is in the Mall of the Emirates and is a true slice of winter wonderland among the sand. This indoor ski resort spans 22,500 square meters and features an 85-meter-high indoor mountain with five slopes of varying difficulty and steepness.
Not into skiing or snowboarding yourself? You can do everything from snowball fights to tobogganing to meeting a few penguins. The facility maintains a constant temperature of -1 to -2 degrees Celsius, so make sure you have the appropriate clothing.
How to get to Ski Dubai
The distance between Dubai Marina and Ski Dubai is just over nine kilometers. If you don't have a car to make the 15-minute drive, walking is out of the question, so you'll want to rely on the Dubai Metro. head to the DMCC Metro Station in the Dubai Marina neighborhood and ride five stops (about 10 minutes) to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. In all, this journey on public transportation should take about 50 minutes to an hour.
Skydive Dubai and Zero Gravity Dubai
This next attraction is two-fold. Zero Gravity Dubai is actually a lively beach right in the Dubai Marina neighborhood. The beach club is huge and is essentially an entertainment compound.
If another beach day sounds a little too tame for you, Skydive Dubai launches its skydivers from here. This adrenaline-packed experience combines breathtaking views with the thrill of freefall. Jumpers are treated to unparalleled views of the Dubai skyline, including the Palm Jumeirah, the World Islands, and the vast Arabian Gulf. And if you haven't quite worked up the courage to skydive yourself, it's fun to watch the more daring people float through the sky.
How to get to Zero Gravity Dubai
Like the Beach at JBR, this spot is only about a 20-minute walk from the marina. It's really not worth the drive.
