The Geneva Train Station sees many travelers pass through its doors, with rail travel being a popular transport option to get to the city. Previously known as Geneva Cornavin Railway Station, the train station is central to Geneva’s public transport system and is located in the Cornavin region, right in the city center. The station offers over 400 train services each day for both domestic and international services, with two of the platforms even offering border control for Switzerland and France. In fact, the language of Geneva is actually French!
The train station was renovated in 2014 and is now a central transport hub for the city. In addition to extensive train services, it offers easy connections to buses and trams with stops located just outside the building. The redevelopment of the site also enhanced the facilities of the train station, transforming it into a retail center with all of the amenities needed to make passengers feel comfortable. Today, it is home to a range of eateries, clothing stores, a pharmacy, multiple supermarkets and even a police station.
The Geneva Train Station is a clean, modern hub with everything you need to navigate your way through the city safely and easily.

Geneva has a whole range of attractions that you’ll want to check out – it’s hard to know where to begin! It’s got all of the stereotypical Swiss treats you won’t want to miss (chocolate, fondue, expensive watches), but it also offers buzzing creativity, exceptional views and a real diversity that might not be expected of the country’s second biggest city.
We recommend you consider checking these attractions and activities out when you’re in town:
Lake Geneva: Whether you are content sitting by the lake’s edge or would prefer to jump aboard a boat to get a different perspective, Lake Geneva is a must-see when you are in the city. There’s a reason why the Lake is famous for its beauty.
Jet d-Eau: What once was a practical safety valve for the hydraulic plant in Geneva has now become a tourist attraction. This famous water stream shoots up to 450 feet high - just be prepared to get splashed if you get too close.
Vieille Ville: Geneva’s Old Town, also known as Vieille Ville, boasts charming cobblestone streets, quaint fountains and charming architecture. Grab your walking shoes and wander the streets to experience the magic of this area.

This was my first time using this service and it worked seamlessly. I had no problems at all dropping my bag off at NYC Racquet Sports and it was just as easy picking it up. This location is a couple blocks from Penn Station, so it was perfect for exploring Manhattan for several hours before catching the train to Newark Airport for a late night flight. Will definitely use this service on future trips!
Really excellent service, right around the corner from A/C/E trains at Penn Station in New York. Popular and busy restaurant, too — but no one kept me waiting to drop off or pick up a bag.
This place is awesome, it’s near Macy’s and other souvenir shops, nearby food outlets too and near the Penn station in New York. This is the best place to leave your luggage for last minute shopping before you head to the airport via Penn station. Plus the Employees are very courteous and kind
