On display are ancient equipment, suits and submarines that were once developed for divers. (Bag-check policy: Visitors are not allowed to bring their big backpacks or bags inside the museum’s premises. Your best bet would be to Bounce in the Parkway area to store your luggage.)

Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Odditorium: Nestled at Front Beach Rd, the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Odditorium is one of its kind; it features an impressive collection of eclectic and weird relics and finds that truly make you wonder if they are real or not. Going through the museum and its extraordinary galleries and exhibits will surely leave you in awe. Panama City Publishing Museum: Once a business building owned by the city’s founding father, George Mortimer West, the Panama City Publishing Museum is a must-see. Located in St. Andrews, the museum houses several historical items and artifacts, such as original furnishings and vintage printing presses. Beach buys: Since Panama City Beach is popular among ocean lovers, it only makes sense to have beach-themed shops all over the city. If you’re looking to buy beach-related items such as swimsuits, souvenirs, water sports gears and the like, you should check out Shipwreck LTD. The store, which has two locations – one on Front Beach Rd and the other in Carillon Beach, carries different beach accessories, souvenirs and novelty items. Another popular beach shop in Panama City Beach is Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop, which offers apparel and gear as well as board rentals and tutorials.
