Built in 1909, this football stadium can seat nearly 75,000 spectators and has been the home to Manchester United football club ever since its creation. That was only interrupted between 1941 and 1949 when the ground was destroyed by German bombing.

- Buses run from Manchester City and Chinatown every thirty minutes.
- The nearest train station is the Manchester United Football Ground which is only open on match days.

Allow a full day for this adventure, and if your visit coincides with school holidays, you may well be met by people dressed in Tudor costumes who might even offer your children the opportunity to dress up as Tudors themselves. You will be given a great insight into this famous period of British history, and will even get to see what a 15th-century meal looked like.
