About the CN Tower
The CN Tower is one of Ontario’s most beloved landmarks. This enormous structure stands at a dizzying height of 553.3 miles tall – only surpassed by the likes of the Canton Tower, the Burj Khalifa, and the Shanghai Tower. The CN Tower was first conceived all the way back in 1968. The Canadian National Railway sought to create a building that could broadcast TV and radio signals to all of the citizens in Toronto, Ontario. By February 6, 1973, the Canada Cement Company began construction. Years later, on June 26, 1976, the CN Tower was finally ready to open.
Since then, the CN Tower has become one of Toronto’s most iconic attractions. Millions of visitors travel to the Tower each year to get a breathtaking view of the city. The Tower has also been incorporated into multiple events such as the 2015 Pan American Games and the Canada 150. Moreover, the CN Tower is a part of the World Federation of Great Towers and is considered a “Modern Wonder of the World” by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

One of the best things about the Gardiner Museum is that it’s actually very lowkey. This means that it’s not as crowded or as expensive as some of Ontario’s other venues. This lovely museum is located on 111 Queen's Park, on Bloor St. W. Adults pay a low fee to visit the Gardiner Museum, while seniors will benefit from an even more discounted price. Students and children, however, are allowed to visit and have fun for free. Drop all extra bags with Bounce and peruse the museum at length.
