3 Parks Wine Shop

For a fun experience and the opportunity to taste some great wines head straight to 3 Parks Wine Shop. They host weekly tastings every Wednesday night which you can attend to sample a couple of different wines. It is more than just a tasting since you will also get to learn about the grapes used for each one, the region that they come from, and the producers. This event is very affordable at around $10 per person!

Other activities that they offer include outdoor weekend wine tasting flights for about $15 and private in-store events. If you are planning a birthday or other celebration you can also rent out their wine bar.

Cana Wine Tours

If you want to get the entire vineyard experience why not sign up for a wine tour? At Cana Wine Tours they do their best to provide the people of Atlanta with a fun and educational time, teaching you about the local wine scene as you are brought to different wineries and vineyards around North Georgia.

They offer a couple of tour packages depending on what kind of tour you want. Take your pick from the classic tour which costs about $150 to visit 3 vineyards or $170 to visit 4, or a private tour at approximately $170 for 3 vineyards and $190 for 4 vineyards. If you want a transportation-only tour it will cost about $100 for 3 vineyards and $125 for 4 stops. They have pickup locations all around Atlanta and you can book your tour with them either by phone or on their website.

Perrine's Wine Shop

Found in Atlanta's Westside Provisions District, this shop doesn't only sell fantastic wines but it also has a wine club and tastings for you to attend! The wine club has several different options for you to choose from and the prices range from about $35 per month up to $200 per month. The prices change depending on what kind of wines you like and how much you want.

Although the wine club is one of the best ways to get to try new wines, just a simple tasting can be a great one-time experience. They offer weekly tastings for between $35 and $60 or private events that cost between $150 and $350 to rent the room. They have a lot of different options available so you can really personalize your experience!

Wolf Mountain Vineyards

If you find yourself in Atlanta why not stop by the gorgeous and rustic Wolf Mountain Vineyards? They offer some real Napa Style tastings where you can try tasty wines while taking in the incredible views of the mountains and vineyard. As you sit on the veranda you can compliment your glass of wine with a cheese plate or a delicious gourmet pizza!

On site, they also have an interesting antique wine library and a cellar filled with artifacts. Come learn about 19th-century French wines! The price for tastings varies, beginning with $25 for the Estate Tasting Flight, around $30 for a Group Tasting Flight, and $35 for the Plateau Tasting Flight. Some people say that they can get busy on weekends so try to visit during the week for a better chance at avoiding crowds.

This cute boutique wine shop in Castleberry Hill is another place that we recommend checking out. Their high quality wines and amazing service aim to bring you a great experience. Chateau Elan Winery

Ready to drink wine in a beautiful environment? Chateau Elan Winery spans nearly 3,500 acres and is more than just a winery but also a complete resort. Consider staying here overnight to treat yourself to their luxurious accommodations! They have a golf and tennis club, an impressive spa, event spaces taking place both indoors and outdoors, plus much more.

But let's be honest, the real reason that you are here is for the wine. Their tasting room is open at specific times every day and they have a wide selection of wines for you to choose from. Tastings are about $45 per person. Tours of the grounds are also available for between $45 and $90.

Purple Corkscrew

Another one of the city's best places to try wine is the Purple Corkscrew Wine Shop. Their goal was to create a space that would make their guests feel comfortable and that is exactly what they've done. Whether you have previous experience or this is your first time tasting wine, you are welcome at the Purple Corkscrew!

They offer wine tastings for about $20 per person which can be a nice way to spend a morning in Atlanta. The tastings last for an hour and a half and you will need to make reservations. If you are planning some sort of event or just want the shop to yourself you can even buy the venue or book a private tasting room, for a price.

City Winery Atlanta

Found in the center of the Old Fourth Ward is one of the top wineries in Atlanta, GA. They have a wine club that you can sign up for, at about $25, $45 or $110 per month with added benefits depending on which package you choose. They also offer tours of the cellar, wine tasting events and other fun wine related activities.

If you want to take your love of wine to the next level you can even make your own! The City Winery Atlanta lets you be involved in every step of making your own wine and once it is ready it's all yours. You can even make your own wine bottle label to go on it!

The Savvy Cellars

You will find The Savvy Cellars in Sandy Springs Atlanta, and taking a trip here is well worth your time. Customers are welcome to rent out their fantastic tasting room with access to 500 spirits, 300 beers, and about 700 wines! It is a nice gathering place for friends and family and they have options suitable for all price ranges, so take your pick.

If you enjoy their wines you might want to join their wine club which can range in price between $25 to $165 per month. The wines that you receive will depend on how expensive your membership is, so talk to them to see which package is best for you. If you want to switch it up they also have a great beer club.

Vino Venue

As a restaurant, wine shop, event venue and a school for both wine and cooking, Vino Venue really has it all. Come visit their wine store or join the wine club! The price is about $68 monthly for a 4 bottle membership, or $100 monthly for 6 bottles.

All spirit and wine lovers are welcome to visit the KR SteakBar in Atlanta, GA. Although their steaks are fantastic, you are probably here for the dinks! They offer frequent wine related events in the restaurant like dinners and tastings. Of course, you can always stop by for lunch just to try their food.

The events happen regularly and each one is unique, so you won't always know what to expect. In most cases, the night involves multi-coursed meals made with food that is paired perfectly with wine alongside entertainment like live music. You sometimes get to take a bottle of wine home with you as well.

Are you a wine lover visiting Atlanta? One of the first places that you should visit is the Wine Workshop and Brew Center. They have it all here, from wine making and brewing courses to premium classes that will help you expand your own collection of wines.

You can sample some great wines here or choose to make your own! The Wine Workshop and Brew Center has all of the necessary equipment that can be used in-store. Keep in mind that this will take several weeks and you will need to come back a few times around 2-4 weeks apart. However, once the process is complete you will get to take home about 28 or 29 bottles of wine, all stamped with your personal label! Come see how it's done.
