Excellent customer service provided by Ms Abigael Arazo (Abby) when we availed of the hotel’s luggage storage. She was very warm, friendly and accommodating. She also recommended places to eat, gave us directions and assisted us with getting a taxi enroute to the train station. Thank you so much, Abby!
Sehr simpel alles, kleinere Gepäckstücke müssen aber angegeben werden und dürfen nicht unter "sperrig" abgegeben werden.

Nous avons laissé nos bagages le temps de faire un dernier tour dans Osaka avant de repartir, le monsieur était très gentil. L’emplacement est parfait, en pleines halles d’Osaka. Nous avons récupéré nos bagages impeccables !
