We’ve never used this service. Not the easiest to find, but the lady noticed us and came out to let us know we were in the right place, helped with the process, gave us cold water after our trek uphill, restaurant recommendations and an umbrella to borrow when it started to rain! Great service!!! In general, it would be nice if Bounce had the name of the business on the app or a photo of the location for new people who might not know how this works. Also, a claim ticket or something would have made me feel more secure. Not just the QR code.
