Route: Getting from Budapest Airport to the city center is simple using bus 100E. Catch the bus directly from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and stay on for 3 stops. If you get off at the stop at Deak Ferenc ter M you’ll be right in the heart of the city.

Fare: This is a direct bus and costs 1,500 HUF.
Bus and train
Route: Starting at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, catch bus 200E. Ride for 11 stops and get off at Kobanya-Kispest where you’ll transfer onto the M3 metro. Remain onboard for 10 stops, and you’ll end up at Deak Ferenc ter with access to the heart of the city.
Bus and train: Bus 200E, metro M3
Fare: This bus route costs 700 HUF, and a single metro ticket is priced at 350 HUF.
