Well oiled machine. They know what they are doing, had a good system for storing the bags, and it felt good keeping the bags there.
First time using Bounce. I was a little nervous but they made it easy. They gave us a scannable claim ticket when they took our bags. The whole process took no more than a minute on each end. I will definitely use Bounce again!
