It wasn't indicated clearly on the bounce app that it's a hotel so it took me a while to find it - was looking for the Bounce plaque or something, but the lady at the hotel was super friendly and was there both on arrival and departure. Can only recommend!

We had no problems and it is right by Pisa train station which was very convenient. Just be aware that it is not lockers it’s just a room to put your cases in which was fine for us
