Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately did not have time to have tea but the tea selection looked fantastic.
Quick, easy and convenient drop off and pick up! My only concern was that luggage wasn’t labeled in the storage closet and they didn’t check ID to pick it up. It didn’t cause any issues, but could be reassuring to have a bit more of a vetting process to pick up luggage.
