The UPS Store was very helpful. The 1st person did not know how to process, but quickly got another to walk them through it. I clicked on the option from Bounce for more info, but the link was dead. It would be helpful if Bounce looked into this and fixed it.
The storage was convenient and secure. It’s located inside of a liquor store on the river walk if you get confused on its location. It’s located under fogo de chao .The owner of the store is also a very nice guy.

Our experience was positive. There is no parking to drop off your bags, so you do have to double park. There are stairs you have to go up and down, but it wasn't too bad! Everything ran smoothly. We would use this service again.
The staff is very friendly. The shop is located at riverwalk level and it was easy to locate.
