Very good, easy to get to the barbers, there are very friendly and very flexible on times you arrive and pick up your cases. Will use Bounce again.
Very steep stairs BUT the people were very friendly and helped carrying the luggage up and down. Asked us to take photos of the luggage before leaving. No troubles. Highly recommend.
