Located in the Covered Market in the Little Venice area of Colmar, the Citron et Basilic is one of the best places in Colmar to get yourself a great quiche or Tarte flambee for a good price. The menu changes regularly as they use fresh seasonal ingredients, but you can almost always get the spinach and goat cheese quiche.
