Published by: BouncePosted

Perth is the capital of Western Australia, as well as its largest city, and is one of the top destinations in the region. Aside from its impressive collection of museums, exciting culinary scene and pristine beaches, Perth is also known as a festival town. The city hosts a range of cultural events and music festivals every year.

Once skipped over by a lot of international artists because of its isolation from other major Australian cities, Perth has fostered a festival culture that highlights a lot of local musical groups and artists. Because of this, more and more overseas acts are recognizing the city’s popularity as a musical venue and adding it to their tour stops.

With music festivals slowly coming back after a long hiatus from the COVID-19 pandemic, Perth has started to welcome back some of its regular events along with some newcomers. There is a lot to look forward to this 2022, as both local and international acts are touring the world once more. Be sure to know how to get around Perth by reading our guide. You'll feel at ease in the city and won't miss a beat.
