It is a great place to safely keep our luggage as my friend and I took trips out to other European countries. However it would be better if the app could give clearer guided route to coming to Novotel as it is not located within the airport. You have to take a bus to arrive at Novotel.

Muy buena la experiencia, no teníamos donde dejar las maletas ya que nuestro avión salía a las 19:30 y al final fue de gran ayuda dejar allí las maletas
A little hard to see the Bounce sticker but after a little searching, I found it.
Very easy to drop off and collect. Made our day walking around Munich so much easier without luggage
Everything went well, would use again! Great location.
