All smooth, I rang the contact to check the working hours and check if any issues as I booked last minute; extremely helpful and polite person and rang me back as promised. Plus, almost part of the Digbeth main coach station, how convenient! I highly recommend.
The excess baggage offers a safe and excellent service. Sadly I booked on line through a 3rd party bounce who charge twice the price of what excess baggage charges. Do not book on line. Just arrive and check your luggage in. Ripped of customer -Bounce
