Good experience with the storage place, but they were a little hard to find as the name of the store was different from the name Bounce gave. They were the Porto Sightseeing store.

An excellent luggage storage service. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative and went above and beyond. We will certainly store our luggage here when we visit Porto next.
