Friendly staff, great location. As others have said bags are left in the public area but if you can’t trust a package delivery company to look after your goods who can you trust? Highly recommend.
She was very lovely. When we pick it up they just let us grab our bags after confirming my first name. Just wonder if they should have a way to verify who’s bags are whose as there were others there. But very good service otherwise

Guys, reviews like this vary per participating location. Check each location's review first as exact address will only be given after checking in through the app. As far as I observe, this location has a separate place (upstairs with private access for staff only) to put your bags or luggage so it's 100 percent safe. Staffs were also accommodating.
Very helpful since it was the first time we had ever used the service and the customer service was great! Excellent for the peace of mind and not having the drag our bags all over town!
