It was a great experience. The check in process was super easy and fast, and the staff was very nice. There is a flight of stairs because the Hostel is on the second floor, but the way they secure the bags is great. It is a virtually locked room and you can only get in if they let you in.
Loved how easy and safe it is this was and will continue to use Bounce for luggage storage during my travels.

Die Abwicklung verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist allerdings in einer etwas gefährlichen Gegend und man sollte vor allem nachts und als Frau eventuell eine andere Location aussuchen. Das einzige gute an der Location ist, dass das Hotel sehr nah an der Metro Station ist, weshalb man von dort schnell weiterfahren kann.
Absolutely fantastic service, treated like you were a hotel guest even though you were only having your bags stored. Would highly recommend this service.
