Impeccable customer service! I handed my luggage to a lady behind the counter at first, didn't get her name but she was ever so kind and sociable, tagged our bags and gave us bottled water before we were on our way out. Later upon returning, Callum handed us our luggage, helped carry it all the way to the door and gave us another bottle of water before we left. Very much appreciated!

Great service, nice and quick. Friendly and gave me a free water which was much appreciated as was rushing for a train.

Callum was so insanely lovely. Being my first time using the app, he helped me understand how it was stored, gave me booking tags and was so full of kindness, it was so insane! Really would recommend to this shop, all my stuff was safe and sound!
