The staff of Cavoli Nostri always tries to use local and organic ingredients when possible, so rest assured that their entire menu is both healthy and delicious. The menu will change throughout the year to match the seasons and available produce so you can try different meals every time that you visit. Some of our favorites are the mixed platter of antipasti where you can try different kinds of bruschetta with unique toppings. Make sure that you leave room for dessert since the tiramisu is to die for.

They have tables big enough for groups, so grab a couple of friends and go out for a healthy and delicious meal in Naples!

Our recommendation:

Some of the most highly recommended meals offered at this spot include the seitan steak or the crispy tofu, and the salumi board is also a great choice. You will definitely want to taste their chocolate mousse for dessert, which is made-to-order so you know that it will be fresh and is definitely going to satisfy your sweetness cravings.

Officina Vegana - Centro Storico

What's it like:

The Officina Vegana restaurant is small but pleasant and well worth a stop if you are hungry for some vegan food in Naples. They only have a couple of seats indoors so plan to grab your food and find somewhere else nearby to sit. Their location in the historical centre of town means that you won't be too far away from a bench or table that you can eat at.

Our recommendation:

By the prices on the menu, you might be surprised by how affordable their food is, considering that they use top quality and often organic ingredients. Everything that they serve is good for you and delicious, and they always impress with a variety of options. We recommend their tasty meatless patties, pasta, salads, and yummy sides of vegetables and greens.

Location:

This restaurant won't be hard to find. Head to Via Sedile di Porto, 71, 80134 Napoli NA, Italy and you should be able to spot them right away.

'O Grin - Centro Storico

What's it like:

'O Grin is another fantastic restaurant in Naples, and the very first restaurant service offering take away vegan meals. Take your food to go or enjoy your meal sitting down at one of the small tables inside. The interior of the space is clean and has the menu displayed in big signs on the walls, which is great since the options change every day and you never know what they might be offering.

Our recommendation:

As we mentioned, dishes change regularly so the availability of some meals might be random. They like to use eco-friendly packaging and fresh ingredients, so no matter what you get rest assured that the food will be of good quality and delicious. If they are offering it, try their Tofu Pizzaiola or the Macedonia Fruit Salads!

Location:

They have a restaurant right in the heart of the city, so chances are that you won't be too far away if you are already out sightseeing. Find them at Via Mezzocannone, 83, 80134 Napoli NA, Italy. They also offer bike home delivery if you would rather order in.

Vitto Pitagorico - Centro Storico

What's it like:

Vitto Pitagorico is located right in front of the National Archaeological Museum making it the ultimate place to eat either before or after you explore the exhibits. The restaurant is very simplistic and clean, with lots of plants throughout the space that keep everything light and airy.

Our recommendation:

This place has a wide range of choices for both vegetarian and vegan foods, plus raw vegan options. If you want to taste some of the traditional Italian dishes, a nice Neapolitan pizza with vegan cheese is the way to go. The crust can be made with different kinds of flours, like hemp flour, for example. They also offer pasta and some great desserts like vegan ice cream and tasty cake.

Location:

If you have ever been to the National Archaeological Museum then you will already know where this restaurant is located. The official address is Piazza Museo, 15, Via Enrico Pessina, 55, 80135 Napoli NA, Italy.

Sbuccia e Bevi Green Fruit Bar - Centro Storico

What's it like:

Beginning as a mere take away restaurant, Sbuccia e Bevi has now expanded into its own vegan friendly restaurant with a cute seating area with chairs and tables that are almost as colorful as the food on their menu. Come pay them a visit the next time that you find yourself in Naples!

Our recommendation:

Their meals have large portions for a good price, so make sure that you bring an appetite. You can order most of the traditional Italian dishes favored among vegans, like yummy seitan, tofu, or veggie burgers. We suggest trying the Ribollita. Dessert is also on the menu with lots of great options, but if you can't decide, consider getting the Vegan Baba.

Location:

It is important to note that gluten free dishes are also available here. If this sounds like your kind of restaurant, make your way to Via Duomo, 238, 80138 Napoli NA, Italy.

L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele - Centro Storico

What's it like:

Although they do not market themselves as a vegetarian restaurant, this pizzeria technically is one since their entire menu is made without meat. This restaurant is even an important part of the history of the city since it is one of the first three pizzerias in Naples. They are over 100 years old! You will recognize the restaurant when you see the big pizzeria sign outside. They offer limited seating and since they are often busy there is no guarantee that they will have space for you to sit down.

Our recommendation:

Of course, if you come here to eat you should plan to be having pizza! They have a total of four varieties available, some made with cheese and some made without. The ones made without are technically vegan! That would be the Pizza Marinara, which is actually the first kind to ever be invented. If you want a slice with cheese, the Pizza Margherita is what you should order.

Location:

You will find this restaurant at Via Cesare Sersale, 1, 80139 Napoli NA, Italy. Some people say that everyone who visits the city should eat here, so make sure to stop by at least once during your vacation!

Piperita - Caselnuovo di Napoli

What's it like:

Piperita is another one of Naples' top vegan and vegetarian friendly restaurants specializing in traditional Italian cuisine with a vegan twist. They have a nice outdoor terrace as well as tables inside, and the restaurant has a natural and open design. Consider coming here for one of your meals in Naples.

Our recommendation:

All of the dishes on their menu are made with products that do not have an animal origin, so all vegans and vegetarians are welcome. Try their Vegan Spaghetti Alla Carbonara which is made with eggplant and tiramisu, or opt for the classical Neapolitan pizza with vegan cheese and your choice of crust. Everything is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

Location:

Piperita is located at Via Nazionale delle Puglie, 110, 80013 Casalnuovo di Napoli NA, Italy.

Rama Beach Café - Castel Volturno

What's it like:

Feel like spending the day at the beach? We've got the perfect place for you to go when you get hungry. The Rama Beach Café is your own slice of paradise and is inspired greatly by Indonesian cuisine. The restaurant itself also fits the description with a roof of straw atop a wooden structure, all sorts of exotic décor, and a location right on the sandy coast.

Our recommendation:

One look at their menu is sure to get your mouth watering. You will be satisfied with anything that you choose but if we could recommend one dish it would be the Vegetarian Meatballs.

Location:

This restaurant is right on the coast of the Castel Volturno neighborhood. The address is Via Marina di Varcaturo, 81030 Castel Volturno CE, Italy.

Antica Trattoire da Carmine - Centro Storico

What's it like:

This is a restaurant in the old town of Naples that, although it isn't entirely vegan, serves some delicious meals that are made without any animal products. The restaurant has a nice rustic feel to it with exposed brick walls and high ceilings that won't make you feel cramped. However, expect a bit of a crowd since they are usually invaded at lunch by hungry customers who are eager to try their meals.

Our recommendation:

If you check their menu, you will notice that Neapolitan cuisine is, in general, mostly plant based. We recommend ordering their Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca which is made completely vegan! The Pasta e Fagioli is also delicious, but if you would rather antipasti you can ask the staff to make it vegan. Make sure that you grab a glass of their wine as well.

Location:

Antica Trattoire Da Carmine is situated close to lots of the city's highlights. You will find them at Via dei Tribunali, 80138 Napoli NA, Italy.
