The Botanist

Dining outside inside is what you get at this cool and hip restaurant that has an actual tree in the center and a glass-domed ceiling. But the Botanist in Monument Mall is not all visual flash, the food is outstanding. The bottomless brunch is served only on Saturday and Sunday which is a shame as this truly might be the best bottomless brunch in Newcastle.

The menu is very extensive. From smashed avocado, poached eggs, breakfast burger and homemade buttermilk pancakes, it is hard to decide where to start. For the drink selection, they offer prosecco, bellinis, sangria, and four different types of Bloody Marys. There is so much to choose from but you will have to make up your mind fairly quickly as the bottomless brunch lasts only 90 minutes.
