Very friendly and polite staff and they carefully labelled each bag. I felt really safe leaving my bags here.

From the outside, the store looks sketchy I’m not going to lie but the staff were really nice and my bag was checked in and checked out with no issues.
First time using bounce and this site made it easy. We had an error in our booking and the owner was kind enough to be accommodating. If you're getting off the cruises in Vancouver and need to store your bags while you continue to explore, I highly suggest booking through Zaatar. Also, very cute cafe with food. We didn't get food, but the coffee was exactly what we needed to get our day started.
Awesome service. The guys there were very friendly and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and fast. Totally recommended!!
