It was a bit hard to find the store but the staff was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The luggage was in perfect condition and untouched.

Helpful and responsive staff. Smooth process of dropping and picking up the luggages. Great location - near to the CBD which makes it easy for tourists.
