Our group interacted with several hotel employees for use of the Bounce service. And every single one of them was amazing! They were all so helpful and a great credit to both the hotel and the service. On a logistical note, this location is perfectly situated near the Space Needle and all of the other attractions in that area!

Easy to find and courteous staff who were very familiar with the luggage storing process! I would just caution anyone with mobility challenges to the location, only because the street the store is accessed from is extremely deep and a bit challenging to go up and down with suitcases.
