Nice staff and easy to find.

Kind a helpful people, took well care of our belongings. Plus is very close to Penn Station

Excellent location not far from Liverpool Street station and Aldgate East station. Great service from the gentleman who works there. Even helped me with my backpack as I left.

Being in front of the main strain station made this location best (walking with heavy luggage was easy because it is across from the station). I was concerned to leave my luggage for not just a few hours but for 3 days, but the luggage was there, and the store was open both times. This made it convenient for me to travel in Germany with lighter baggage and leave the heavier items in this shop. Also, the stations in Germany normally have luggage storage, but more than 24h can be an issue. The luggage is in a separate room from the mobile phone shop front and the internet room where people use computers to surf the net. While the room where the luggage was not locked, it is not within easy reach from general customers. The store person did not check the luggage belonged to me before I picked up. However, he was there in the same room both when I dropped it off and picked up which was important to me, as the room was only accessible when the store person was with you, and other customers who store luggage here would have to go out of their way to steal others' bags.

Staff were very helpful. Bags are stored under lock and key in the shop - we felt very secure leaving our rucksacks there for the day while we explored Athens.
