Lack of a lift made it a bit hard to get larger bags up and down with all the stairs, but all good besides that

Right next to Victoria Station and just around the corner from the coach station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the storage area is safe and out of sight, so don't worry! I'll be using this locker again on my next visit.
