Copenhagen Central Station is a major railway station located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Central Station is the largest station in the country, serving over 100,000 passengers every day. It can be found near the center of the city, just a few minutes from many of Copenhagen's biggest attractions, including several museums and Tivoli Gardens. Offering easy access to many of the city's best sights, Central Station is an ideal place to store your belongings before exploring Copenhagen. 

Central Station is the third of its kind, with two previous incarnations operating on shorter railway lines in the mid to late 19th century. The current Central Station was opened in 1911 when the city decided to expand its railway to include an underground metro. In the modern-day, Central Station provides train routes across the country and most major cities in Europe.
